Why entry points matter commercially
Buyers rarely enter a category because a brand advertised. They enter because a situation occurred. Brands that map those situations can plan media around real demand moments instead of buying attention continuously.

Interview recent buyers about the week before purchase, not the purchase itself. Cluster the triggers. Then check which clusters your creative and search coverage currently addresses. The gaps are usually obvious and cheap to close.
