About
A growth practice built around one discipline.
Diagnose before prescribing. BizFay exists because too much marketing investment is decided by what a partner happens to sell rather than by what the business actually needs next.
Why we work this way
Most businesses don't lack marketing options. They lack a defensible basis for choosing between them. Meanwhile the cost of choosing wrongly is rarely just the media spend — it's the quarter, the team's attention, and the opportunity that went unexamined.
So we start with understanding, and we make the reasoning visible. If a recommendation can't survive being questioned by a commercially minded founder, it isn't ready to be made.
How we behave
Principles that change what we do.
Curious before certain
We'd rather ask an uncomfortable question early than defend a comfortable plan later.
Direct
Plain language, stated conclusions, and clarity about what we don't know.
Commercial
Marketing decisions are financial decisions. We treat them with the scrutiny that implies.
Transparent
You see the reasoning, the evidence and the confidence level — not just the recommendation.
Practical
Strategy that can't be executed by a real team with real constraints isn't strategy.
Calmly confident
No hype, no guaranteed outcomes, no urgency tactics. Accountability instead.
On AI
Useful in the work. Not the reason to hire us.
AI helps us research faster, analyse more evidence, produce creative variations efficiently and remove low-value internal work. It is a capability multiplier. It is not a strategy, and describing ourselves primarily as 'AI-powered' would tell you nothing about whether we'd be useful to your business.
What we won't do
Commitments that occasionally cost us work.
- Recommend more marketing when the constraint sits elsewhere
- Guarantee commercial outcomes we can't control
- Publish invented logos, testimonials or results
- Sell a full-service package to a single-problem business
